The Atocha station is 500 meters from the house, which gives us important mobility to leave Madrid and access the airport in 20 minutes. In the area there are also important medical centers, such as the Niño Jesús Hospital and the Gregorio Marañón. It is a very pleasant area to live with the family and to be able to enjoy everything that Madrid offers, but in a very quiet area.
